Who can do what in Mojo Pour
Mojo Pour has three in-app roles — Admin, Manager, and User — plus you as the app owner. This guide outlines what each one can do so you can assign access with confidence.
Owner (you)
The app builder / workspace owner. Holds the Base44 account, pays the bills, and controls everything outside the app (publishing, domain, secrets, billing) through the platform dashboard.
Administrator
A global admin role — full control inside the app across every location: bottles, locations, cycles, team, reports, audit log, referrals, and settings. Grant only to people you trust with the whole account.
Manager
A scoped role tied to one or more assigned locations. Within those locations a manager can set the GPS anchor, create storage areas, assign and reorder bottles, schedule counts, start and finalize count cycles, and assign staff. They cannot manage the team, edit the master bottle database, change plans, see the audit log, or delete locations.
User (staff)
A front-line counter assigned to one or more locations. Can take counts, view their assigned locations, and read reports for their sites. Cannot edit the bottle database, manage locations, finalize cycles they didn't create, schedule counts, or see the audit log.
How Manager scoping works
A Manager's powers apply only to the locations you assign them to (via Team → assign, or from the location's Staff section). Outside those locations they behave like a regular User. Assign a manager to one location for a single-site manager, or to several for a multi-site manager. Admins and the owner always cover every location.

How to assign roles
- Sign in as an admin and open Team from the app navigation.
- Enter the person's email, pick User, Manager, or Admin, and send the invitation.
- For managers and users, assign them to one or more locations from the location management screen (or the Staff section inside a location) so they can take counts and manage their site.
- Optionally set each user's plan tier (Starter / Pro / Business / Enterprise) from the same team list.
