Mojo Pour ("we", "us") built this app to help you measure and track liquor inventory. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect the email address and name you provide when you create an account, the bottle profiles, locations, count cycles and measurement entries you create, and basic usage data such as the features you use. When you connect a Bluetooth scale, readings you choose to record are stored with the corresponding count entry. Payment information is processed by our payment provider (Base44 Payments) — we do not store full card details.
How we use your information
We use your data to run the app — calculating volumes, generating reports, sending low-stock and count alerts, and showing you your inventory. We use your email to authenticate you, send account and product notifications, and respond to support requests. Aggregated, de-identified information may be used to improve the product.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your information. We share data only with the service providers that operate the platform on our behalf (hosting, database, email, payments), each under appropriate confidentiality obligations, and when required by law or to protect our rights.
Data retention
We keep your inventory data for as long as your account is active. You may export or delete your data at any time; deleting your account removes the information we hold about you, subject to legal retention requirements.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure. Access to sensitive administrative actions is restricted to authorized admins, and activity is logged in an audit trail.
