Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Mojo Pour ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be accurate when providing information and keep it current. You may invite team members and assign roles; you remain responsible for your organization's use of the Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access data you are not authorized to view, reverse engineer or overload the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Volume and density results are estimates and should not be the sole basis for regulatory, tax, or safety decisions.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans begin with a 14-day free trial where offered. After the trial, your selected plan is billed monthly in advance through Base44 Payments. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and are non-refundable for that period. Plan limits (users, locations, features) apply per tier.
Your content
You retain ownership of the bottle profiles, locations, counts and other data you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process and display that data solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you store.
Service availability
We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with or without notice. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mojo Pour and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including inventory discrepancies, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or create risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data before termination where available.
